Healthy Ingredients of life but not only food…
Health is the main thing these days. We actually care about it and rightly we have to take care of ourselves and our people too. When we will be quite good then only we’re able to take care of others. Often we care about ourselves but miss the schedule of mental food. Yeah! you heard it right. Mental food is also required to gain a healthy lifestyle.
Our main focus is always like our meals, breakfast, etc. The major thing is are we giving proper food to our mind? Are we giving him the peace that is required to the mind? No, I will say this straight away. Because we know how little time we give to our mind and ourselves. That is the main thing we are missing like we do miss some special ingredients in our food.
Add some ingredients in life by giving some time for yourself. At least an hour of the day to do some things for yourself for your own mental peace. Spend some time with your favorite people, if don’t then do what you love in that time. Make sure to add anything which makes you happy. There is nowhere written that you have to say YES all the time.
