Psychology about comparison kills the talent of the child!
As we read in the first part that how parenting is important for the child psychology. Teachers are the second most important chapter of children. Teaching the subject is not enough and training for competing is also not enough. But to give the right guidance toward life is more crucial. To give them a kind approach towards their mate, to teach them how to stop comparing themselves to others.
The same psychologist suggests that teachers are the most influential people after their parents. Teachers indirectly left an impact with their words and action. They always choose some of the students to showcase things. And manipulate the mentality of that children. They force them to act how they want. They didn’t even realize that every child is born with some talent and he is on purpose on this earth.
Teachers keep comparing every other student pretending that they’ve done their jobs by giving preference to specific students. They keep favouritism in their classes or batches. I’m not saying don’t do it but I’m saying don’t ignore other children. If someone is not performing right that doesn’t mean you can heat them or shout at them or humiliate them.
That does affect their mind very easily. And those children keep those things in mind. By keeping them they plan their revenge accordingly. Which is definitely not a good thing to do. But they are forced by the lack of understanding from their teachers as well as parents. Children behave according to how teachers tell them to behave at least in their presence.
If you give them hatred they’ll keep it. They’re like a plant whatever you’ll feed them they’ll grow out in that form. There is multiple news that teachers raped minors, and teachers beat them to death. Teachers Blakmails children for the sake of their worst things and wishes. They don’t even realize that what they are doing is absolutely unforgivable. I’m not saying do pampering all the time but do take care while handling anyone’s mind.
Those are small children and their psychology is pretty simple. They will apply only those things that they’ll see or someone put in their mind. The psychologist also suggests that teachers don’t even listen to the complaints of children. The one who bullies them and forces them to do unnecessary things. Humiliate in front of everyone, which ultimately ends up in suicide or mental impact.
Some things are surely taken into consideration that child is a very delicate thing which we are ignoring. We are assuming that that child will learn on his own. He needs to do things by understanding life but they don’t even bother to look into the mind of that child. “Teachers are creators so they need to make sure what they are creating.”
