Communicate whenever required!
There is a time now when many of us feel that it’s fine to not to talk, we can talk later. That later is a loss in time. We don’t observe it right now but it will show the impact later on for sure. Communicate with your people, don’t ignore them. It cost many things. These days people really don’t care about anybody. Because everyone is busy in their own life.
In this way some people took it for granted. And in the end faces the loss of a relationship’s essence. Then we don’t talk much about it and it gets more spoiled. The gap of communication starts growing up, talks start to become shorter than the earlier time.
Not for everyone i’m saying but for some worthy person. Time is never the same for each other. It always changes whenever time feels to change and we cannot do anything in that regard. We just need to look for what is good for us. Same with our people till they are doing the right thing. Ignore when required, not when you feel it is just because of a communication gap.
